If it is deemed necessary, prior
to any material purchases of the commencement of work, we may
hold a meeting at the job site. The purpose of the
conference is to ensure that all parties are aware of the
methods, specifications, quantities and conditions pertaining to
the job.Jensen
Builders Inc. will be solely responsible for all materials,
labor and all applications of each work order. All work
will strictly conform to the application specifications.
Jensen Builders, Inc.
will leave all work areas in a neat and clean appearance at the
end of each day and when job is completed. Phase
construction is a must. All materials, tools and equipment will
be stored neatly and/or covered when necessary.
Jensen Builders, Inc.
is totally responsible for complete safety on the job at all
times. All measure and precautions will be taken to ensure
the health, safety and well being of individuals and property.
Jensen Builders, Inc.
will assist in obtaining all licenses, inspections and permits
required by state and local laws.
Jensen Builders, Inc.
will be responsible for the protection of all property and
landscaping in and around the job site (cars, shrubs, grass,
buildings or furniture).
Jensen Builders, Inc.
will provide insurance as required.
Jensen Builders, Inc.
will contact an official of the property if any unforeseen
problems, questions or complications arise that will alter the
scope of the work or job price agreed upon in the contract.
Only skilled and trained
workmen thoroughly familiar with the products to be used will
perform the work. While work is in progress, we are not
responsible for damage to walls, ceilings, floors or driveways
caused by vibrations or equipment. Homeowner is
responsible for securing personal items in the home to prevent
damages caused by vibration.
We are not responsible for
damages incurred after we leave the jobsite. Jensen
Builders, Inc. will not be held liable for claims resulting from
mold/fungus/ microbe related issues before, during or after we
leave the jobsite.
